TRAVEL ADVICE

Our practice nurses are available by appointment to offer travel health advice and immunisation advice where appropriate. Please complete the travel risk assessment form and the practice nurse will contact you by telephone to arrange an appointment. 

Our practice nurses can provide travel health advice and arrange  appropriate immunisations. Please complete travel risk assessment form at least 6 weeks before departure.  Vaccines need time to take effect and some may require a course over several weeks.

Travel Vaccinations

Vaccines included in the NHS Provision are:

  • Hepatitis A
  • Typhoid
  • Tetanus

We do not currently offer yellow fever vaccination.
